The room is comfortable and sizeable. You have everything, your own bathroom, kitchenette, wardrobe, table, chair, mirror, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area has a lot of shops and supermarkets with long opening hours. Most things were easily accessible with public transport.

Room was very roomy with kitchen Good size bathroom..Lovely Hot shower. Had a lift. We were on 6th floor. Breakfast was fabulous, even though we paid for it, Continental and Hot food,lots of choices. Lovely outside area to sit . Walking distance to zgrest shopping area Staff we delightful and helpful. There was only 1 actually 2 negatives.Other than that I would recommend it

I didn't choose the breakfast option. The location is quite good - just a few minutes by bus or about 15 minutes walking to the underground station "Zoologisches Garten", which is also well connected. The quality-price ratio is excellent.

Very nice hotel, great location near Zoo and nice park. Located on silent street. Not far from train station and underground. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast with a good choice of products and every day different. Nice, clean modern room. Comfortable bad. Near several cafes and restaurants. I really recommend the place and will choose same for my next stay. Price really worth the stay.

The location and the price were amazing and the room was big. The main manager and one member of the kitchen staff were amazing and always so supportive.

The proximity to the Tierpark is a big advantage, in the morning I enjoyed the song of the nightingales from the nearby branches. The Ghanaian girl who works in the kitchen is very nice and helped us with the transportation arrangements, the staff is generally very friendly, the gentleman who works at the reception is a great character. I will recommend your hotel to friends who come to Berlin, for tourism or business.

The bed was very confortable, we slept very well. The room was very clean and the sheets smellt good and were soft. The view on the inner park was very pleasant to have in the morning and the night. The staff of the hotel was very nice and warmly welcomed us. For those liking large and tasty breafast / brunch, please try it, it was marvellous ! The warm wter came quite quickly in the bathroom, which is so nice. Finally, the location versus the price and the confort of the room was very appreciable and we will surely book this same hotel next time we are coming to Berlin. Thank you a lot !

I am a regular visitor to Berlin and I had to find a new hotel a few years back when my previous Berlin base was closed for complete refurbishment. I found Hotel Lützow on booking.com at a very reasonable price and since then it has become my regular Berlin base as it meets all my requirements for a quiet stay in the heart of Berlin, close to local transport by bus, Ubahn, railway stations or taxi. The reception staff are all very friendly and most helpful, breakfast is available in the cafe on the ground floor, regular room cleaning is carried out and advice on local matters is helpfully provided.
